main
door flat was built in 2004, and it is fully equipped for the self
catering holidaymaker. Membership of the nearby Dalfaber Golf and Country Club is included, giving up to 2 adults and 2 children full use of the facilities. These include a pool, sauna, steamroom, a gym, a 9 hole golf course at no charge, and tennis, pool, and table tennis at a small additional charge. Short or weekend breaks are available. The flat has two bedrooms and can sleep 6. Click on the link below to find out more information. As one of the owners and other guests suffer from allergies to dog and cat hair, regretfully we can't accept pets. The name Ben Bheag comes from the Galic translation of "small mountain".
In 1891 Sir Hugh Munro catalogued all Scottish mountains greater than 3000 feet high. These mountains are now often referred to as "Munros". John Rooke Corbett followed Sir Hugh's example, and in the 1920s catalogued all peaks between 2500 feet and 3000 feet. Unsurprisingly these are often referred to as "Corbetts". As the street name is Corbett Place, we think the name is appropriate. |
