The Flat is in exceptional condition, and has night storage electric heaters throughout which keep it very warm. It is situated at the north end of Aviemore, and is a 10 minute walk into the central shopping area of town. All bedding, towels and electricity supplied. A supply of washing up liquid, dishwasher tablets, laundry detergent and handwash is provided. |

The Living Room has a dining area, two comfortable chairs and a sofabed. Sky TV, a Videotape player, a DVD player and music centre are provided. A selection of tapes and DVDs, particularly for the younger audience is available. Telephone for incoming calls. |

Two Bedrooms, one double room with en suite toilet and shower room. The second is a twin room. Both have built in wardrobes. The master bedroom has a dressing table with hairdryer supplied. |

Kitchen, which is fully fitted with a washer/dryer, dishwasher, fridge/freezer, electric oven & hob, and a microwave oven, toaster and kettle, iron & ironing board. There is also a seperate bathroom. The entrance porch is heated and hooks are provided to aid drying of wet clothing. |
